Rehabilitation Services
Our rehabilitation programs are designed to assist each resident to increase, restore or maintain range of motion, physical strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and endurance following an injury, illness or surgery. These programs also help the resident achieve an independent, productive, and satisfying life working with the resident to improve the ability to carry out activities of daily living. Physical, occupational and speech therapy is provided by our in-house Select Rehab team.

Long-Term Care
We fully support residents and their families as they transition from the comforts of their home to Little Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Residents will be involved in therapy as prescribed by their physician as well as emersed in daily activities to stimulate their social and emotional well-being.

Behavioral Health
Little Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers unique programming for individuals with behavioral needs. Whether it be short-term rehabilitation, medication management, or community reintegration, we offer a full range of services to fit each individual’s short and long term needs. We are proud to offer our residents multiple care options under one roof. Our specialized rehabilitation care programs include neurological, stroke, post-cardiac, orthopedic, pulmonary, and wound care.

Activities Program
