Welcome to Little Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center where we embrace the saying “It Takes a Village!” We are a 106-bed skilled nursing and psychiatric facility located in the historic Little Village area in Chicago, IL. Little Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides skilled and psychiatric care 24 hours a day. We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence and return to their homes.
