is a 106-bed skilled nursing and psychiatric facility located in the historic Little Village community in Chicago, Illinois. Rehabilitation for the Mind
Psychiatric Care
Our program focuses on both the mental and physical aspects of each resident to develop a comprehensive rehabilitation plan. Our team works on improving physical strength, performing activities of daily living, and managing any health needs. Little Village offers the unique advantage of having a team continually monitoring both the medical and psychological progress of each resident in our care.
Rehabilitation Therapy
At Little Village, our program provides caring and comprehensive services to our residents. Our Rehabilitation Therapists are licensed and certified with years of experience.
Therapists meet with the physicians, and families to develop an individualized rehabilitation treatment plan to meet each resident’s unique needs.

• Programs to strengthen verbal and non-verbal communication, including hearing impaired
• Focus on oral muscle strength and functions required for speaking and swallowing
Occupational Therapy

• Adaptive techniques and equipment to overcome physical disabilities
• Exercises to reduce the effects of arthritis or other conditions to maintain normal joint movement
• Therapeutic environment for activities of daily living re-training with full kitchen, bathroom, and bed
